The Project Coordinator is one of the primary representatives of our organization. As such, the Project Coordinator must convey a sense of expertise in our services and capabilities, frequently serving as a key educator for our community and potential clients.The successful candidate must demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude with a high level of enthusiasm.

What you'll do:

·      Collaborate with internal and external entities to incorporate all aspects of an event to create        one, seamless experience for the client.

·      Arrange all domestic and international travel for the company.

·      Maintain event calendars and workflow spreadsheets.

·      Work alongside the sales staff to construct RFP responses

·      Become proficient in rental management software and assist the sales staff with quotes when        needed.

·      Proactively respond to questions, concerns and requests for information from clients.

·      Collect sensitive credentialing information for high-security events.

·      Request and collect Certificates of Insurance (COI) from clients.

·      Respond to all incoming phone requests and direct calls as needed.

·      Participate in company logistics meetings.

·      Assist in planning internal company events and activities.

·      Other duties as needed to ensure the efficiency of the office.

What you'll need:

·       BS/BA degree required

·       Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, with detailed accuracy under time-sensitive         deadlines and changing priorities.

·       Must be a self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented individual.

·       Ability to recognize and set priorities.

·       Ability to multi-task, plan projects, and implements them efficiently and cost-effectively.

·       Must be able to communicate and interface professionally with clients and other employees.

·       Must possess exceptional communication skills - written and verbal.

·       Graphic design skills are a plus.

·       Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite.
